The Accelerating Medicines Partnership program is a public-private partnership between the National Institutes of Health (NIH), multiple biopharmaceutical and life sciences companies, and non-profit organizations. Managed by the FNIH, this partnership aims to identify and validate diagnostic, prognostic, and/or disease progression biomarkers for Parkinson’s disease and to provide new tools for use in clinical trials, thereby accelerating the development of novel therapies. AMP PD utilizes well characterized cohorts with existing biosamples and clinical data that was collected under comparable protocols and using common data elements. AMP PD generates and consolidates data from eight unified cohorts (BioFIND, HBS, LBD, LCC, PDBP, PPMI, STEADY-PD3 and SURE-PD3). AMP PD Harmonized Data includes, but is not limited to: clinical assessment, genomic, transcriptomics, targeted and untargeted proteomics, and postmortem single cell sequencing data. These data can now be accessed alongside CRN Cloud data, enabling analysis of data from both programs within a single Verily Workbench workspace. See the Getting Started guide for instructions on using AMP PD and CRN Cloud data together....
Access requires approval by the data custodian. The collection's description and structure are public; querying the data requires an approved request.
