The Global Parkinson's Genetics Program (GP2) is an international program led by the Aligning Science Across Parkinson’s (ASAP) and implemented by The Michael J. Fox Foundation. GP2 aims to accelerate discovery of the genetic architecture of Parkinson’s disease (PD) by generating and harmonizing large-scale genotyping and sequencing data from diverse global populations. GP2 works with investigators worldwide to support data generation, quality control, harmonization, and analysis across cohorts, with a strong emphasis on increasing ancestral diversity in PD genetics research. GP2 data includes genome-wide genotyping, sequencing data, and harmonized phenotype information, enabling large-scale genetic discovery and cross-cohort meta-analysis. GP2 data can now be accessed alongside CRN Cloud datasets, enabling joint genetic and multi-omic analysis within a single Verily Workbench workspace. See the Getting Started guide for instructions on using GP2 and CRN Cloud data together. Website: https://gp2.org Summary of Available Data: https://gp2.org/data
